Dear Team Representative:

The Peterborough Liftlock U11 Hockey Tournament Committee extends to you an invitation to our 65th annual hockey tournament to be held Thursday, January 9^th through to Sunday, January 12, 2025. This is an Ontario Minor Hockey Association-sanctioned tournament with both U10/U11 Rep and U10/U11 House League teams competing in various divisions. Only House League teams within 50km of Peterborough will be accepted.

All games will be played in local area arenas in the City and County of Peterborough.  All Rep teams will be scheduled to start the tournament on Friday, January 10^th 2025, and must plan to be available to play by 10:00 AM on that day. And don’t worry, we schedule teams from the farthest away to play later in the day.

Our tournament offers excellent competition between teams from the O.M.H.A., M.O.H.A., G.T.H.L., H.E.O. Minor, and N.O.H.A. hockey associations.

Our Representative teams will be comprised of the following divisions: U11 AA, U11 A, U10 AA, U10 A, U11 BB, CC, C, DD and D.

Each team in our tournament is guaranteed a minimum 3 games with the tournament concluding on Championship Sunday, with all championship games being played at the Peterborough Memorial Center, home of the Peterborough Petes Junior “A” OHL  Hockey Club.

The application will be considered complete only when it is received by the designated tournament official and a currently dated cheque or electronic payment is received. Applications will be recorded by the date received and please appreciate, that it sometimes takes a while to determine the final numbers of teams in every division and the final schedule.    

Please come and be a part of this successful U10/U11 hockey tournament. We are one of the oldest and largest hockey tournaments in Canada, and for over 65 years the Peterborough Liftlock U11 Hockey Tournament has provided a venue for some very competitive and exciting U10/U11 hockey.
